Beautiful treats, excellent service!

The Crystal Candy Box arrived quickly and was packaged perfectly, each edible gem pristine.

Worth the wait!

The Strawberry Crystal Candy was on my radar for a while, and I finally got it with a 15% off code. Shipping took about 8 days, which is reasonable for something so delicate. Definitely felt like I got good value for the price after the discount.

Matcha is great!

Bought the Matcha Green Tea Candy last week. It tastes really good and they ship fast. Happy with my order. 💚

Pretty candy, slow delivery

I bought the Floral Infused Candy. They looked really nice, very delicate. The taste was subtle, which I liked. My main complaint was the shipping speed; it took almost a week to get here, which felt a bit long for a perishable item, even though it arrived fine. Packaging was good, and the candy itself met expectations for quality. Just wish delivery was a little faster.

Unique candies, solid service

I purchased a box of Lychee Crystal Candy. The ordering process was straightforward on their website. It shipped out pretty fast, arrived in 4 days to my place in Austin, packed well so nothing was damaged. The candy itself is quite unique, definitely a different texture than regular gummies. Taste was good, not overly sweet. I had a question about storage and their customer service responded within a day with clear instructions. Overall, a reliable experience for something special.

Good experience

I ordered a Crystal Candy Box. The candy was pretty and tasted good. Shipping was quick. No issues at all. Will buy again.

Reliable quality, always great

This is my third time ordering from Silky Gem, and they're consistently good. I got the Assorted Flavor Box again, and the Peach Crystal Candy this time. Both were fresh and had that perfect crunchy outside, soft inside texture. My first order was years ago, and it's nice to see the quality hasn't dropped. Always a reliable choice when I want some Mứt Rau Câu.

Love these candies!

Oh my goodness, I got the Assorted Flavor Box and it was so delightful! The colors are stunning, really like edible art. And the texture is just perfect, crunchy outside and soft inside. Every flavor was delicious. I will absolutely be ordering more of these for myself and as gifts. So happy with my purchase!

Good candy, slow shipping this time

I ordered an Assorted Flavor Box a few weeks ago. The candy itself was really good, exactly what I expected from crystal candy – crunchy on the outside, soft inside. The flavors were distinct and enjoyable. Packaging was secure, no broken pieces. However, shipping took almost a full week to get to me in Oregon, which felt a bit long. I've had faster deliveries from other online shops. Customer service was responsive when I inquired about the delay, which was a plus. Overall, a solid product but delivery could be quicker.

Good value with the deal

I was looking for some unique sweets and found Silky Gem. I signed up for their newsletter and got 10% off my first order, which was great. I picked up the Crystal Candy Box. The shipping was free too, because I spent over the minimum. It felt worth the purchase, especially with the savings. The candies were pretty and tasted good, though a bit pricey without the discount.

Loved my Lychee Candy!

Oh my goodness, I just received my Lychee Crystal Candy and it's incredible! The flavor was so vibrant, and the texture is exactly what everyone talks about. I've never had anything quite like it. I'm definitely going to shop here again for gifts. I can't wait to try more flavors and recommend this to all my friends!
